Appointments

BEFORE APPOINTMENTS

• Please try to arrive on time or even 5 min before your appointment.
• Please check that your Health Card is valid a few days prior to your appointment and bring it with you to the clinic every time. If any of your personal details (address, phone nr. email, etc...) changed since your last visit, please remember to inform the front desk, if at all possible.
• If your Health Card is expired or otherwise invalid, you will be kindly asked to pay for your visit. Your payment will be reimbursed if you make proof of a valid Card wihtin one week from your visit.
• Please do not wear strong fragrances or other scents when coming for your doctor's appointment.
• Once arrived and checked-in at the front desk, you may be required to wait until patients ahead of you have been seen by your doctor. Our physicians and staff try their best to keep as close as possible to the schedule, but each patient is treated with the highest attention and care and depending on each situation some may take longer than others We appreciate your patience.
